Vote? - Bushnell Children's Theatre
An original production created by Eric Coble. It’s Election Day 2008. Eighteen-year-old Nicole registered to vote when she got her driver’s license but she has no intention of wasting her time casting a ballot that won’t matter anyway. Suddenly, she slips back in time to the Revolutionary War, then to Seneca Falls and the first women’s convention, then to the turbulent 1960s. As Nicole fights to return to her own time, she learns just how many shoulders we all stand on every time we step into a voting booth.
